Ingredients:
6 oz large taro root
1 oz purple yam
1/4 tsp vanilla sugar
1 cup low-fat milk
2 Tbsp sweetened condensed milk
1 cup ice
2 tsp coconut flakes
Yields: 2-10 oz servings

I love purple yams and they really add a beautiful color this smoothie recipe. I think I will have to try this but replace the low fat milk with coconut milk to make it more rich and mmmm!!! LOL
