To prepare the pear and gorgonzola tart you will need:
Dough:
• Flour - 180-190 g
• Cottage cheese - 150 g
• Butter - 70 g
• Sugar - 50 g
• Eggs - 1 pc.
• Baking powder - 1 tsp.
• Salt - a pinch
Filling:
• Pears - 300-400 g
• Gorgonzola - 120-150 g
Additionally:
• Almond petals (optional) - to taste
• Honey - to taste
Stages of preparing an open pie with pear and cheese:
1. Prepare the dough:
• mix cottage cheese, butter and sugar
• lightly beat the egg with salt
• add ¾ of a beaten egg and vanilla sugar to the curd mass - mix
• mix flour and baking powder
• add flour to the curd mass - knead a soft dough that does not stick to your hands
2. Wrap the dough in film and set aside for 15-20 minutes
3. Prepare ingredients for filling:
• cut the pear into slices
• cut the cheese into medium cubes
4. Form the tart/tarts:
• if desired, the dough can be divided into 2-3 parts and prepared 2-3 tarts or prepared 1 tart from the whole dough at once
• place the dough on a sheet of parchment paper
• roll out the dough into a round layer, 4-5 mm thick
• place the sliced pear in the middle of the layer, not reaching the edges 2-3 cm
• place sliced cheese on the pear
• fold the edges of the dough towards the center, leaving the middle open
• brush the sides of the tart with the remaining egg (the egg mixture can be mixed with 1 tbsp of milk first)
• sprinkle the greased sides and filling with almond flakes
5. Transfer the tart along with parchment paper to a baking sheet
6. Bake in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
7. Remove the tart from the oven and brush with honey
8. Bake in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees for 5-10 minutes.
9. Can be served hot or cold
