My daughter don't like to eat the red beans with the skin and I always after cooking the red beans and I have to strain the beans too and I also add the cook black sesame sweet rice ball in there too. I tried but cannot work as according to your instructions , after 1 hour of high boil , the beans did not disintegrate as you said. No choice but to stop and throw away the half cook beans.

Do it yourself: buy mandarin. Keep the peels. Sundried it into hanging over on a cloth basket. Collect at night time. Put out again in daytime. When the fragrance and aroma gradually get more and bone dried. Keep all the peels in a tight sealed jar to use in the long run. Hope this method helps. Cheers.
