Mom's Stewed Fish Recipe.

Mom shares her recipe for Stewed Fish in today's episode.
Here's what you'll need:
2-4 large Fish, cut into steaks and washed with lime/lemon and flour.
1/2 cup of Caribbean Green Seasoning (pimento, garlic, pepper, bandhania/shadon beni) + salt
1 cup of Flour + 2 teaspoons salt + 2 teaspoons black pepper
Oil for frying.

For the Stew:
Leftover seasonings + 1 cup of water
1/4 cup of Ketchup
1 tablespoon of Soy Sauce
1 Onion, sliced
1 Hot Pepper
4 Pimento Peppers, sliced
4-6 cloves of Garlic, minced
1 Tomato, cubed
Salt to your preference (keep in mind that the soy sauce will already add saltiness to the dish).

Islandash, the brown sugar way is for chicken, beef, pork, lamb etc. This is how it's normally done with fish, at least this is how I know it. Delicious.
