Recipe for cooking and ingredients:
210 gr. (1 and ½ cups/7.4 oz.) dates.
Pour cold water for 15 minutes to remove preservatives and activate beneficial substances.
100 gr. (1 cup/3.5 ounces) oatmeal.
Grind in a mixer.
Remove the cerelina from the dates.
Grind the dates in a mixer.
Divide the mass into 2 parts - 60/40.
Leave most of it in the mixer.
Add oatmeal.
Grind again.
The mass should be dense.
Place mixture on parchment paper.
Use a rolling pin to flatten the dough.
Place the rest on the rolled out dough.
55 g (1/2 cup / 2 oz) roasted peanuts.
Place peanuts on top.
Place in the freezer for 30-40 minutes.
110 gr. (2/3 cup/4 oz) sugar-free chocolate.
Melt in a water bath.
Add 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Mix.
Cut the future Snickers into pieces.
Turn the pieces over.
Decorate with chocolate.
Place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Pour the remaining chocolate onto the other side of the dessert.
Place in the refrigerator for another 20 minutes.
