Ingredients:
• Raw Mango - कच्चा आम
• Ripe Mango - पका हुआ आम
• Rice Bran Oil - राइस ब्रान तेल
• Cumin - जीरा
• Coriander Seeds - धनिया के बीज
• Peppercorns - काली मिर्च
• Fennel - सौंफ
• Dried Chilies - सूखी मिर्च
• Cinnamon - दालचीनी
• Onion - प्याज
• Ginger - अदरक
• Garlic - लहसुन
• Chilies - मिर्चें
• Turmeric - हल्दी
• Salt - नमक
• Jumbo Prawn - जंबो प्रॉन
• Lemon Juice - नींबू का रस
• Cherry Tomato - चेरी टमाटर
• Coconut Milk - नारियल का दूध
• Coriander - धनिया
PROCESS:
• Start cooking by making a spice mixture with coriander seeds, peppercorns, fennel dried chillies, and cinnamon slice onions, ginger, garlic, and chillies
• Toast the spices until they release their aroma and grind the toasted spices into a powder
• Add the spice mixture, turmeric powder and salt to the prawns.
• Heat oil in a pan and sauté the cumin, onions, garlic and ginger, tomatoes.
• Add the prawns to the pan, spoon in the overripe mango (Mash the mango with a spoon), coconut milk, salt, and lemon juice
• Add raw mango on top of the curry.
• Garnish with fresh coriander and sprinkle with masala
• Serve the prawn and mango curry.
