Hey Claudy I came across your fish recipe today, cooked your recipe and am now having it for my dinner. I cooked few slices of low carb with sweet potatoes mashed it and added some grated nutmeg with a pinch of black pepper and some steamed kale. Wow the fish is delicious. I didn't like your season so I added my Caribbean seasoning- Fish season, all purpose seasoning and a pinch of coarse black pepper to bring out the taste in the fish. Yummy I strongly recommend your fish recipe
