What a humble chap? This is why I love Mangaloreans and Tuluvers so much. You meet them, they might be the richest or the most powerful men in the city, but they are so humble. Unbelievable. And this is for people from all communities btw. Not just Hindu or Catholic or whatever. It's just a Tulunad thing. Go anywhere else in India and everybody flaunts their wealth. I digress anyway. Great video Kripal. I would easily put you forward for Knighthood or Bharat Ratna for single handedly rescuing these small Indian institutions from ruin. You've amassed a good balance of Karma to your credit. I understand Karma isn't money :) and here's wishing you nothing but more success mate. I recall stopping here for the KT tea and bajjis a couple of year ago. Interesting experience. If you are covering Mangalore again, you may want to check out Shivbhag hotel at Mallikatte. Great traditional Mangalorean breakfast place that serves Moode iddli, Ragi Manne ( Halbai ), cabbage ambade among some other dishes.
