📍Mikazuki Eastwood: Shop 9/1 Glen St, Eastwood
Sashimi Taco
Seawood Garlic Butter Beef Don
Black Garlic Charsu Ramen
Edamame
Pork Katsu Curry
📍Harris Farm Lane Cove: 56-60 Burns Bay Rd, Lane Cove
Checked out a Japanese spot that I've been meaning to visit! Favourite item we ordered was the garlic butter beef don - if i went back I'd probably go for that. unless i was feeling like ramen, then the black garlic ramen i had was pretty good too.
also finally got to check out the lane cove harris farm - we went when it was not too busy and there was so much variety. if i werent in a rush to beat rush hour traffic i woud've 100% stayed there longer.

Usually to Glen Huntly, Melbourne near our home, has some great Asian grocery shops, bakery, good cheap asian restaurants plus a woollies, very reasonable prices and decent service, there is also a hahal butcher, which is pretty good.

The pot you used to cook your pasta looks like CorningWar bakeware.. Here in the states it is only for baking. If you use it on the stove top it will break from the high direct heat.

Living in Japan, and whenever I travel, totally agree, visiting the local supermarket, you can easily learn what the locals eat and enjoy. …like I can stay in a supermarket for hours.

Nice chopping board action Janice. Pain scale for parking at Eastwood 11/10. Glad I'm close enough to walk to the Eastwood shops. Harris Farm is awesome! Great quality and free grocery delivery if you spend a certain amount.

AUD 120 / USD 80 so US$20 a person. Great price for what you had. In U.S. it costs more and you get less. Love the market. It's good to shop in a cosmopolitan area. Excellent video. Really enjoyed it.

Recommendation: ryo's noodles 125 Falcon St, Crows Nest NSW 2065 You need to go early because you need to line up. The restaurant is small Must try the pork rice ball, and for ramen it's not in the menu it's the ryo's special

If you're craving aburi sushi, go to sushi tengoku in kensington. The aburi sushi is massive, you'll see when you get it. I believe one of the chefs there also does personal sushi making classes at your home for a price too if you're into that

Mikazuki Eastwood is a great recommendation! The one in Parramatta is our go-to whenever we need a Japanese fix and there’s always a queue outside lunch & dinner time! The Eastwood shop is much less crowded 👍🏼

That's like the cheese you see at subways: when they open the storage containers to show you how much they have in stock before offering you a cookie at checkout. Stepwise sales tactics.

5:57 gotta love harris farm and their "discount" signs. 2 for $3 or $1.50 each is not a deal, its the same price. been to the lane cove store a couple of times, its a lot bigger than the cammeray store.
