Bangalore real estate is a pure scam . 40% property lying vacant and BBMP is generating huge revenue thru mammoth property tax . Builders and Banks earning like anything and commoners bearing all loss of their hard earned savings . Never ever fall prey into it . if you are planning to buy thru a bank loan it's a huge additional loss . FD your hard earned money and plan to retire in your hometown because every tier-2/3 cities are far more cost effective than chaotic Bengaluru.
