Clean out/declutter videos like these highlight how ridiculous consumerism is in the beauty industry especially lately with releases and collections and limited editions just dropping one after the other, year round, non stop. Imagine all these lipsticks are really all the same sort of pinks, peaches, mauves, nudes, browns and reds with little difference and yet people buy new ones all the time. If you wear lipstick everyday, you may run a tube down to the last in like, 6 months. So that's only 2, maybe 3, lipsticks a year. Daaamn. And the thing is that this is Tati's job and most of these she might have gotten for free. Or otherwise she's rolling in money anyway. But imagine her regular subscribers. How much money are you throwing away trying to live like these people on KZbin?

Tati, please do a video on how to prevent your lipstick from bunching and how to maintain it throughout the day? I actually have lipsticks from Lancôme that my mom gave me in like 2000 because I used to wear them in dance recitals. They have that rose perfume smell that takes me back. So I totally don’t judge you for keeping lipsticks for sentimental reasons, even if they are most likely off and you shouldn’t put them on your lips 😂

Next time you do a declutter, maybe you could try sorting a little bit more into subcategories? Peachy nude, pinky nude, peaches, pinks, browns (I think that’s all the nudes categories) so you can swatch them next to each other and really see what’s similar and how many you have of each?

REMEMBER that thats 24 in the nude shade al9ne. She still has to go through the REDS, PINKS & all the other shades. If she keeps 20-24 of every shade she will still end up with 100's + of lipsticks... RIDICULOUS IF YOU ASK ME.... HOARDER

I personally gravitate toward the pinks and berries too since I don't think I look good in brown shades. But if that's what you feel pretty in, at least you have a place to start with the brands and product lines. I've had good luck with several of her recommendations by noting the products and then seeing if they have it in a shade I like. I'm super pale but also love lip colors that are generally recommended for people with darker skin tones, so its hard for me to find youtubers that have both the same tastes AND skin tone for me to get color recommendations from.

Samantha Enda Bingo! You hit the nail on the head. I to gravitate towards medium toned pinks, corals and brownie pinks. I'm neutral/olive and have to be careful which browns I choose. For example; Smashbox Be Legendary, "Coffee Run" is the darkest shade in my collection. You have to go with what your comfortable in. Tati picked good shades for her skintone.
