What fake skin are you using ? Seem like the extra ink comes off fairly easy

The cheap ones never come out. Most likely he uses 3 or 5 mm ones ı suppose. I recommend Vaseline or baby oil also.

So if you look very closely you can see a small film of vaseline on his fake skin its a common way to keep the ink from sticking to your fake skin cause i dont think theyve really mastered a material for the fake skin that wont smear i may be wrong but i can say for certain that hes got vaseline on that skin in the video for sure hope it helps 👍👍

Hey brother is that the suggested needle hang for smooth shading 2 mm ? And another thing what do you suggest for needle size like the gauge I have kwadrons but I was going to buy 10 but I ended up getting 8 gauge by accident will this make a difference. I can line like a monster and shade away from something but the realism shading is what I'm trying to figure out .I know I'm over thinking it.

Is it true for you as well that regular needles for coil machines are a little bigger it seems, that cartridges. Say I would use a 9 or 12 rl with a coil setup, but with a cartridge I would use at least 14rl

Pretty sure that outline is tattooed into the fake skin. Aka it is the tattoo and he's showing us how to shade it, now that the tattoo outline has been done.

You can’t spread fake skin, it’s silicone. Nothing like real skin as it’s much thicker and the ink doesn’t take as well as it does on real skin
