I love jellyroll cakes. And they are fun to make. Instead of a rack, I use a second sheet pan to flip. I also dust the towel just in case it decides to stick. I specifically sought you down knowing you would have some fabulous strawberry recipes for this Spring's harvest.

I place the tea towel on the other side of sponge which had parchment paper on so the surface of the cake is smooth without cracks and it's easier to coat. The recipe looks yummy 😋

Hi! It only makes a difference in the amount of time it will take you to make the frostings and creams. You can absolutely make my recipes with a hand mixer, just adjust the timing.

Sorry to hear that! Whipped cream can melt easily. When that happens, just place the frosting into the refrigerator for 1 hour, then whisk again.
