I'd like to see you do the Turan as well, and you'll find that it's quite powerful. With the right advisors you get a pretty decent amount of manpower. Also: here's an exploit for the kurdish mechanics in the game: from the start let the resistance grow, incite a civil war then crush them, and you won't ever hear from them again. Those provinces have a modifier that strengthens resistance but once you kickstart the civil war and end it, the modifiers get removed.

After the "permit regional elections" focus that lets you do the reconciliation policing law the decision "jihad" gives you a devout traditionalist modifier (bonus construction speed and recruitable population) along with 5% war support for 50 PP. It is very strong and i reccomend anyone playing the ottoman focus tree to take advantage of it. Also the Kurdish states have a separate state modifier that varies from state to state, and this modifier is absolutely brutal if left unchecked. You absolutely need to get all the state modifiers to "seperatist fatigue" through the decision to quell the resistance.

Ottoman empire can be OP with a bit of luck. I played non historic and the central powers formed. Britain went non aligned and attacked Ireland, who joined the central powers. Republican Spain as a member of the Central powers (French commune attacked them, they came to us for help since there was no allies) went to help Ireland before they fell and took the country. As the Ottomans I took Britain from Ireland. Wirh British ship yard and them as a puppet I built a navy and took Japan via Vladivostock. Mexico was a puppet of stalin, so when the Soviets capitulated I puppet Mexico as turkey. Maxed out infrastructure, forts, airbase, anti air, ports. When the time was right I brought the whole central powers (now all of Europe, Russia, Africa, Asia into war with the USA. Through the sheer manpower in Mexico and combined navy, Turkey invaded Florda we took off from there. World domination with Turkey having an equal role with Germany, Austria Hungary and Italy each earning around 20% score each. Central powers controlled everything outside of South America by 1949. A real team effort from the core central powers members.

Hey Taureor, small sidenote, that I only found out myself through trial and error: Basically playing around with the kurdish uprising stuff: Sending in the army ALWAYS awards pp and doesn't use up command power. If your army loses, you get 25pp and loose like 5 stability + you get 10 resistance, but if you win, you gain 50pp and gain 15 compliance, so you can spam it ad infinitum and have 2000pp in the bank and no resistance+100% compliance. Yes you will have no stability, but you can fix that, with the six arrows and spamming promises of peace and worker conditions and you also can't fall below 0% stability, so you can abuse the system even more. The crucial point is, that I have no idea how the percentages for failure and success are determined... But unless you are very unlucky you should always get one failure, followed by one success and have no more issues with any pp. You can have all advisors(that you can keep), all designers and all indrustry projects, by 1939ish this way. Buuut if you are very unlucky you can also only get a revolt as an outcome, if you get stuck with only 25-30% sucess chance and only roll failures, that can also happen and is super annoying, since you can't really influence it and there being no way to really influence the eprcentages, since resistance strength and compliance aren't the determining factors for the sucess chance... On another note for you: you researched cryptology, (the right side of the agency stuff), that doesn't boost your decryption speed, only your protection from decryption, what you want is decryption power, the left side of the agency side. :)
