Thank you, Dr.! I think Taurine is highly underrated. I did a little research on it following a dx of POTS during long covid, and I'm convinced it should be administered to all long covid patients. I also discovered how effective it can be for Cardiomyopathy patients which left me a little salty. I had peripartum and postpartum Cardiomyopaty in 2008 and NO ONE talked to me about supplements!!! One study I read reversed Cardiomyopaty completely in children when affected! Amazing supplement!

It took a dozen tries before I got a big blockage out, looked like a pencil stub made of multi-colored stones all compressed together. Glad I did it though. Today my gallbladder works great but it took a lot of work to get here.

I add it to my coffee and its tasteless. Cats go blind and have bad hearts without it. I add a little to their dry food and shake it up well. Its in all decent cat foods but, tiny amounts only. If you notice a greasy looking ring at edge of toilet bowl waterline, you may not be digesting fats correctly. Testing for vitamin C? Levels after we take it go way down after 4 hours or so. So do we test on days we dont take it?

Thanks for putting out these videos with clear and complete explanations. Feels like I'm back in school with a great prof! I started taking Taurine several years ago when I read it helped eyes and heart. I was surprised to find that it reduced anxiety ( learning a new job at the time). I continue to take it and split my dose, 1k mg @ night before bed (no food) and 1,500 mg in the morning. I'm gluten free and very little grain. I'm pretty healthy and do my best to stay out of the Dr office. Dr O, would you do a segment on Sunflower lecithin? I recently added that and found my mind became sharper and while this also antidotal, gave my 6yr old cat just a sprinkle on his food and he got his zoomies back. Thanks again for all you do for us!
