My go to CoQ10 supplementation: glutenfreesocie...
In this week's episode of Dr. Osborne Zone, the focus is on CoQ10, a vital nutrient that aids in energy production, lowers blood pressure, and improves sperm quality. Although the body can produce CoQ10, its levels decrease with age and certain medications, particularly statins, which inhibit its production. CoQ10 functions as an antioxidant, enhances blood flow, and supports cognitive and immune health. Research indicates that CoQ10 supplementation can alleviate muscle symptoms associated with statin use and improve heart failure symptoms.
Additionally, studies show significant reductions in systolic blood pressure with CoQ10 supplementation. We'll talk about the importance of maintaining adequate CoQ10 levels, especially for those on medications that deplete it!
Join me for a deep dive on Tuesday evening!

Looking forward to this! Todd from Byron Herbailst yt channel just put me on COQ10 to help with a few things. After nearly 13 years of dysbiosis I've been trying to tackle candida for nearly a year now. Would love another candida video if possible in the future 😊

Looking forward to this show! I am an A-Fib patient on medication which robs the body of nutrients. I took an Ubiquinol product 2 years ago but stopped due to not knowing if it was helpful. I recently started using it again after doing a little research. I look forward to your information Dr Osborne!

MTHFR double copy and eating or taking synthetic folate which is folic acid (SO not good). Iron studies, thyroid cascade (more than TSH), hormone assessment (all male and female hormones), urine for mitochondria? Have covid or the shots? EBV or CMV virus in the past that was reactivated? Sooooo many possibilities. Hopefully you are tail K2 with D3 ......vague symptoms. Could be too much lactic acid from too much gym. I had to cut back as my high impact exercise was worsening my diabetes (from MTHFR) (so much we're not taught and I'm a nurse of 25 years conventional, but converted to functional after dying and being left for dead - many miracles) How about B12 level?

I haven't watched this yet but I will tonight. I have a lot of experience with coq10 it's my fav supplement. There is a lot of ppl who take this supplement daily and experience a drop in energy and mood. Down to literal depression. For those ppl, plz listen to what I"m about to say as it comes from a lot of experimenting from myself and a large group of friends/family. For best results, take 3days worth of coq10 at dinner time. Then, wait 3days and repeat. I take 600mg myself every 3 days. The first 12hours or so there's a slight dip in energy so i sleep through that. Around lunch time i notice a real boost in physical and mental energy. Like i said, my fav supplement (when taken correctly). 3 days seems to be the sweet spot. Not 2day, not 4, 3! good luck

Have you manage to take less carbohydrates including sugars in your diet. Pay attention to the doctor, he says you can do, is 100 mg a day. Do not have ulra-processed food. You heard of liver pate, can be done, with chicken, sheep, bulls, cow or the French favorite long living food item, beside found in Red grapes or black grape wine 🍷 but Not recommend due to the bad influence of alcohol ::: the French also do besides Frog 🐸 legs, Goose 🪿 or duck 🦆 liver pate. Add a lot of black pepper to taste and to help with your digestive tract health system. 😊😊

Allegedly Coq10 has a hard time getting all the way into the mitochondria to exert its energy effects. And a hard time getting into the brain. I came across Idebenone which is man made version of Ubiquinol that gets into the mitochondria better and i have had much better benefits from that.

Wow, no joke on the price for Ubiquinol - I've been debating for a year about taking it but I think I'm gonna go ahead and do so and when I see my doc next month also ask her to test. We shall see how that goes, it's like pulling teeth to have any testing done. And you know about patients ordering testing in NYS, gotta keep us guessing on our health! EDIT: I think I'll wait to see if I can get a baseline first before starting, I would really prefer to know that I think.
