Looks like that would be a good choice using 3" federal premium slugs for halibut fishing, if Taurus makes a model that is a stainless steel or nickeled marine version for use around saltwater.

On my regular judge, I have issue of getting rounds to fully seat in the cylinder and sometimes have to really push them in.

The judge can't take 410 that's not made in the USA. They get stuck.

To avoid peppered, use long sleeves

Getting peppered is the only thing holding me back from buying this gun. If I use it for home defense (as advertised) and someone breaks into my home, I probably won't hold the gun at shoulder height. I will most likely hold it at waist height.....and I will surely get peppered. Taurus added 2 blast/flash deflectors on both sides of the barrel, but they should be taller. As for long sleeves, I typically wear no shirt or short sleeves in bed.
