Taurus's customer service still sucks. I have called 4 weeks in a row for a screw for the front sight on my G2 that was missing from the package that I bought from them and they keep telling me it is on the way, but I still haven't received it.

4 weeks? Dang!! Hopefully it’s because of COVID or something.... when I sent my gun to them for extractor repairs I believe I sent it and received it within 3 weeks. But it sucks to wait like that no matter the reason.
