"Swifties" started on the set of Valentine's Day, when the film crew or director would call out "Taylor" and confused her and Taylor Lautner about who was being called. She told the crew to call him "Taylor" and her "Swifty" to keep things straight. And, when she shared that in interviews, the fanbase ran with it. The costume change is something Taylor has put in all her shows -- showing up dressed down will be a giveaway, unless she is just doing a cameo. She must have done this about the same time as the Crossroads with Def Leopard -- she used the gold dress for the performance part of that too. It matches her hair really well --- and it is shiny 😎

You have to find a copy of the Crossroads concert she did with Def Leppard… it’s what made me a fan….. I actually have the DVD of that show and wow even back then she could rock. Her tour manager is the brother of the Def Leppard’s drummer….

She really is one of the great naturals. She was born to do this. Can you imagine her doing anything else??? That talent burns so bright. She doesn’t write songs because she wants to she does it because she has to. To her it’s like breathing…..She has something that quite simply cannot teach. You can teach someone to use it and maximise its potential but you can’t teach it.
