That is because there are three forms of approval (Other than complete silence, like Dave Chappelle's friend Daphne) 1. Immediate laughter 2. Nervous laughter (Caused by violating the "only black lives matter" boundaries, for racially proper speech) 3. Applause (Caused by a non-comedic comment, conforming to the directives that "only black lives matter" has decided we all must follow) The local heart attack figures would skyrocket, if I did forty-five minutes of cripple jokes. (and I am much, much funnier than Daphne)

my doctor was the same with diabetes. he never even hinted that the day my blood sugar tested 125 that i would be a diabetic for life. i was really shocked. had i known i would have made a concerted effort to reduce my blood sugar and keep it down. having said that, i am not comparing bipolar to diabetes. observing you on stage i can only say you are spectacularly talented and seem to have things well in hand. my anxiety attacks started at a very early age. probably pre-teen and went largely untreated until i was in my mid 30's. my life has been GAD and depression ever since. med's definitely make a difference.

Its funny I've always been an insomniac & after I was diagnosed with depression the shrink gave me something to try to help me sleep faster & for longer periods & I hate taking advil let alone crazy prescriptions you dont know or can't say 2/3 of the stuff in it. Turns out the sleeping meds shrink gave was actually for Schizophrenia. I found out because my beautiful wife is a BSRN & so I asked if the shrink thought I was bi-polar or Schizophrenia because I didn't hear voices or dead people I just can sleep. He said it was just for trying to sleep & I was like oh darn I was hoping. It would make a lot of the nightmares I have when I do manage to sleep make more sense then LOL.
