No no. Taylor was very popular in the eighties. She didn't have as much success as Madonna in later years, but she was pumping Number One Hits left to right. She was very well known and they played her songs on all the clubs and made appearances in live shows. She made it very popular in Europe as well.

Fanblow Yes, She had 7 straight top 10 hit’s , but she only had 1 #1 song with Love will lead you back in April of 1990 she was very popular, but was over shadowed by Whitney, Madonna, Janet and Paula in the 80’s and Mariah and Celine in the 90’s. Pop music changed in the early 90s and a lot of pop artist got lost in the shuffle unfortunately she was one of them which is very sad because she’s a very talented singer!!!

Taylor Dayne is one of the best singers of all time, in my opinion. Not only very talented, but always showed sex appeal with her videos and performances. This is one of her best songs, which came out in the Fall of 1989. Speaking of 1989, it truly was one of the best years as far as music goes as a lot of awesome hit songs came out that year.

I remember when this song first came out back in October 1989 and I was 5 Year's old back then and now I'm 39 years old and this is one of the best songs from 1989 and it's better than today's music and the new generation of kids and teenagers and young adults don't know how much fun it was back then listening to very good music like this and other music.
