omg thank you so much for this video seriously!! i've never been able to finish any workout without starting to cry hysterically and giving it all up. i never understood what people were talking out when they said they enjoyed working out. and here i am, have been doing this for two weeks, struggling but i could always finish it and it actually feels... rewarding at the end?? and i can already feel some changes in my body??? definitely gonna carry this on. lots of love

I've done alot of these similar exercises but your whole approach is amazing. The music, the reminder to keep shoulders back.. To breathe. Everything. Thank you

Thank you!!!! Finally aworkoutthat was possible for me to finish. It was painful, difficult and felt like eternity, yet I feel so good and now I really believe that I will be able to do a single push up one day! Thank you so much!

@@TaylorToned it really does 😆 I was wondering, does this work for muscle building, and does it train the whole arms or just the shoulder area? I noticed that after this work out, it removed so much tension there and I could roll my shoulders back so easily, so thank you for that too haha
