I love this workout so much!! I found your page a few weeks ago and have been rotating through some of the workouts, and I’m obsessed! I’ve already noticed results in only a few weeks. I had to create a KZbin account just so I could subscribe to your channel. Thank you for helping me feel more confident again after having kids. You’re amazing! 💜

Definitely a killer arm workout, I didn't lose any inches though, but made my arms strong, if you want to lose arm fat definitely try her 7-min one! *L.Arm: 31.75cm R.Arm: 32cm* Day 1:✅ Day 2:✅What a killer! Day 3:✅ This is such a level up than previous one! Day 4:✅ Definitely a level up! *L.Arm: 31.75cm R.Arm: 32cm* Day 5:✅ Definitely Killer! Day 6:✅ Day 7:✅Super burner it is! Day 8:✅Aches all of my upper body *L.Arm: 31.40cm R.Arm: 31.80cm* Day 9:✅Hate the workout, Love the burn Day 10:✅It still hurts so much Day 11:✅ Day 12:✅ Day 13:✅ Day 14:✅ *L.Arm: 31.25cm R.Arm: 31.75cm*

I do a lot of workouts on a vibration plate and it runs in 10 min cycles, so 10 min workouts like this are perfect! Thanks for all you do! 😅

That was a challenge for sure but that was the best upper body/arms workout, I'm going to try and do this 4 times per week!

Well, that was painful.. The bending combo moves were challenging; the holding parts burned! My triceps will come back for more. I will add that workout to my routine, thank you :) Oh, and great playlist too, definitely helped me focus on something else!!

Those back claps really did that great burn to my arms, couldn't even do it for 40 seconds straight, but I'll keep coming back to this one to improve Also, just subscribed since I like this kind of workouts
