It's weird, ALL my friendships are like this. But then I don't have many friends, the ones I have are scattered around the country/world, and we are all practitioners of an oft misunderstood religion that bases itself on relationships. I've been called out as recently as today for trying to set up one friend with a woman who is not compatible with our faith, despite being a pretty and fun person. My wife told me that if the situation were reversed, I would not help a "cute fun" guy date one of our 'sisters' in the faith of he wasn't a believer. (WHEW! Long comment for KZbin!) Life is easier with a time tested instruction manual, especially one that encourages those who follow it to test it and see if it works even to the point of discarding if it lies. In Everybody Loves Raymond, she's very appealing and I had a major crush on her as a kid. And then I flick onto Friends and found her very obnoxious and annoying. Chandler really put Joey in a tough spot. He kept pushing for Joey to tell him how he felt, then he told him he needed to say he liked Janice. Like shouldn’t he be appreciative that he was honest with him but was willing to put up with her because he knew how much chandler liked her? Joy Kim Out on a limb means he strongly suspected Joey doesnt like her but had no evidence of it. To simplify, it’s like Chandler telling Joey “I may be wrong here but....” The man is of no significance here, the answer was Mount Rushmore, but Joey believed it was Count Rushmore (like a Count whose name is Rushmore). Chandler usually tolerates Joey’s ignorance but when he’s mad he just told Joey the truth.
