I have seen mods that increase the map sizes to however big the map is textured. Meaning, for example Peach's Castle you can go all the way to the mountains. That should allow you guys to play as Fury Bowser and potentially BIGGER in a later video!

It's an illusion that the smaller thing appears to fall faster because it is harder to track with you eyes than something big. The reason everything falls at the same speed is because of the same gravity acting on the object, so they have the same acceleration

You are not wrong, but also something that could make a difference between something big and small when falling regardless of weight would be their surface area, it being bigger will cause the object to fall slower due to the surface facing resistance from the wind while falling [like a parachute], but that's only the case if the objects are the same weight/density [I think]

Having a higher surface area would increase the force applied by air resistance, while having a higher weight would increase the force of gravity (since force = mass * acceleration) more force of gravity means the force of air resistance has less of an impact.

Characters fall at the same speed despite their size, and any distance in a move that isn't just walking, jumping, running, or rolling will be the same as well (ie, Ganon side b will travel the same distance with a larger hitbox), unless the mod changes that.

And many pokemon could just nit bother at all, giratina could travel to the distorsion world and not even bother for a few decades, and taking into consideration that it has been there since the beggining of time i think it wont be a problem. Same for dialga and palkia in their own dimensions. If we want raw power and destruction the tapus, who are said to have participated in wars, leading armys and devastating the islands. Yveltal is the ultimate win condition, as if it is somehow defeated it will start absorbing all of the lions life and revive. An interesting combo could be victini + gyarados, the raging beast enhanced by the limitless energy of victini could make quick work of the dinosaurs.
