Probably a superdaft question.. but if chart data is delayed by 15mins on 1 platform, why not open another platform with Live data and 'see the future' ??

Even if your data is delayed by 15 minutes, your orders are going to be filled at the current price.

I bought real time data in trading view, however somehow the data is still different when I am logged in with for instance interacitve brokers. Somehow the ask and bid prices vary a few cents from the actual "real time" data. Can someone explain why that is? Thanks already!!! : )

I linked tradeview with tradestation and it's telling me I need real-time data from my broker. I paid for the subscription on tradeview, and it's about 15 seconds delayed.

Umm i am using TradingView for free atm. Do i have to upgrade it to Pro/Pro+ or any to pay the 5$/month for real time future access? I didn't really get it entirely. As for now when i try to go for futures at 5$ it redirects me to the Pro/Pro+/Premium page Thanks!

Yes if everything is real time as of now you are good. if you see a small yellow "D" next to a symbol on your watchlist that would be a sign you need to upgrade to real time for that symbol in some way
