One question though. I'm new to MOM franchise... these expansions, do they influence previous scenarios somehow? What I mean, are the tiles, monsters and other stuff from expansions used in let's say first 4 scenarios from the base game, after they are introduced in the app post buying them? Thanks

When you buy then you let the app know every expansion that you have, and I believe you can see some things pop up to offer variety from previous expansions. The main story/scenario, however, remains relatively the same regardless of what items you have.

No. It is a KZbin creator content track called, "The New Order." It's so similar, however, that I used the music for my review of the Dune board game.

The Discriminating Gamer minute 3:25 you say "so far I've only played the first scenario". Don't you even see your videos before posting or commenting? I don't think it is an objective review if you have not played both scenarios before making it.

I've played the "whole game" many times, but I have not played all of the scenarios. That's why I mentioned it. As a reviewer on KZbin I can do what I want, there's not set of guidelines as to what is or is not acceptable, but I opt for transparency. You are certainly entitled to your opinion.

The Discriminating Gamer sure thing man do whatever you want. I don't see how you can find a review legitimate when you didn't even finish it. As you say you have played this game several times, but you are not reviewing the game, you are reviewing the specific expansion, which has specific scenarios you didn't play. Just poor reviewing overall, not because the editing isn't good (it's good) and not because you aren't funny (you are) but because you didn't even put 2 hs more of playing time to play the full game before you review it.

Overrated, you spend half your time watching your phone/tablet, the other half you spend looking for tiles etc during the game, the puzzles need to be removed, you can spend many many turns just solving a puzzle ffs, last one i did took 24moves to solve, thats alot of turns, we just played the puzzle in one go then moved on before the others fell asleep lol Ive never felt i was playing the game, it felt like i was just carrying out the instructions the APP constantly gave me. They added more scenarios but you got to pay for them then the APP will update with them. The models lok a bit shit too and those stands...... wtf one of them is even bigger than the tile itself, just put away the models and stands and just use the little monster cards, but then the cost is the cheap models......

There are some valid points in your comments, but I still love this game. I love the stories and the creepy atmosphere, and love the evolving board and discovery. I love the choices you can make that alters the story. I agree about the mini stands, however. Some of the puzzles are better than others. Overall, I always have a ball with this game.
