I don’t know that many Chinese people here ( and some others) can be so offensive and attacking in comments 😮 very very shameful and immature. Anyway, this video is very informative for a novice cook though instruction could be made clearer on some parts. Will try to see any difference in taste and texture (in case for last minute soaking) but usually I would plan my cooking and soak mushroom in room temperature water in the fridge overnight. Would keep 95% of the soaked water in order to discard the impurities that have sunk below . Then rinse the mushroom in clean water.
