Everything Coach Lee says is correct 100. No contact is powerful because the circumstances surrounding my situation was complex. I thought it was hopeless. She reached out on day 46( when those chemicals that create the fear of loss reach their peak) asking for a meet up saying we need to talk. We met and she apologized about everything saying She made a terrible mistake she also said she has worked on her self and she’s asking for another chance to make the relationship better. I told her I’m open to it, but I want to take things one day at a time and she agreed. If you did have a decent relationship that they can look back and miss you, be rest assured that they will comeback. You just need to leave them alone for them to know your value in their life. Coach Lee, despite the fact that she gave a reasonable reason to get back on the relationship, I still don’t want to give it all back at once, but she’s coming so quick expressing how much she missed me. She also called me after our meeting thanking me for giving us another chance. What do I do about this, being that I want to take things slow. I don’t want to be too reserved and seem like I’m ignoring her in a way. Any insight coach Lee? Thank you Coach Lee for all you do. You expanded my knowledge!

I'm in no contact for almost a month we broke up due to under circumstances work system changes, health issue anxiety etc new meds and some family issue. So she told me she has had to focus on herself. Was a healthy relationship very sudden broke up our last day was at my parents birthday. Didn't even know that was our last day together. She asked for a space then broke it off after a week via calls as she was sick we were supposed to meet up 2 weeks ago. Now that it's over were still meeting up in 2 weeks time to face to face talk things out even if it's over. We broke up that our relationship still at its speak. Haven't seen her for 3 weeks now. For all those broken hearts out there , stop counting days of no contact. It gets easier with time . Use no contact to get ur self back not ur ex . I did no contact for 18months . approximately 2 yrs ago my ex fiancé cheated on me and that broke me to pieces . She put me in a very dark place that I will never wish anyone to be in . If your ex didn’t value ur presence, make sure you give them ur 100% absence. Use that pain they caused you to ur advantage. My pain fueled me and motivated me to do better and bigger things in life . I’m a different person now 100% thanks to her ... keep ur head up people . it's been 3 months of me using the no contact rule and my ex has already started dating somebody else. At first, my mindset was: "i need to do this no contact for me to have a better chance in getting us back together." but now, my mindset changed to: "i don't care now if he's gonna come back or not.." The no contact taught me that I can live without him even before our relationship, and I admire myself now for moving forward everyday without his presence and this, is how I found myself. I disagree on the let's be friends advice. I told my ex if want to leave and end this romantic relationship, you lost the right to access of any kind to my life. I cut off all contact. At that point why tease myself with friendship when he broke up with me? Being friends keep you hanging, let's them off the hook with guilt, keep tabs on us. Cut it off, no contact. It feeds their ego. Don't do it.

It is true that when you be showing how mad you are or beg, you are just feeding their ego and loose more power, once you back up, you gain more value and you can see how that hurts their ego and you even feel more confident. Even when it doesn't "work" it's always the best route for self-confidence and sense of worth. It ended up working for me and I married the girl that I went "no contact" with after 3 months. I even blocked her on Facebook and my phone - I didn't even do it to win her back. I did it to get over her faster and it worked anyway. I went through this 3 times by a guy. He toyed with me like a cat and mouse. The last time he came back after not finding someone better. He was cruel when I was heartbroken. He even used pictures I took of him on our dates to post on a dating profile to snag another woman. 8 months.. Still feeling terrible man. I never loved someone so much as I still love her. After six years being togheter, after everything we've been through.. She didn't want to continue with me. I became a different person.. new job, own house.. but still so empty. I love her with my whole heart, always did. Fast forward, their child is 2 yrs old and for the past 6 months he is trying and doing everything to get them back and he ain't giving up. She gave him a lesson. If he leaves again it's gonna be for good. Personaly, I don't think he ever will, because when we get things with no efort/fight we don't appreciate it. Put your asses on the pedestal, get out of your room, stop being frozen in time. Stop revising good or bad memories, it doesn't serve you. Cry out to get it all out and get done with it. If it wasn’t for these videos I don’t think I could get through the no contact period. It’s been two weeks of no contact now. He was proclaiming marriage and we both made mistakes. I was confused and scared. He took it as me rejecting him. Now he’s been ignoring me. I am on the right path I feel. These videos have been a life savor. They give me hope. @@brittany.sherell Hi there! Back at the end of May, my significant other decided he wanted to take a break. Like most people, surprisingly, I didn't beg or plead. I was in shock, not knowing how to feel, what to say, etc. We were both crying I said "I don't like your decision. But I do understand." I went straight into no contact before I even knew what "no contact" or who Coach Lee was. It wasn't even 3 days later he reached out but I didn't cave in. He would ask me questions that he already knew answers to just to start a conversation. My responses were short and polite but that was it. I reached out on the 43rd day of no contact because I had nothing to lose. We went out for dinner and it felt like excited, like we were new all over again. We talked about what we needed to do to make changes in our relationship and came to a conclusion. We wrote down some things and stuck to it. We reconciled officially in August. And our relationship now is even stronger than it was before! PS. I binged watch A LOT of Coach Lee after we split. Even though we are together and very commited, I still watch Coach Lee 🥰
