You taught me how to fish in the 90s when I was young, forever grateful. I’m 30 years old now, good fishing 🎣

For all the differences my dad and I had, one thing we had in common was our love for fishing. I have him to thank for that and you to thank for the inspiration every weekend.

I've been a fan from the 80's watching you on TV live to teach a kid's how to feed them self and teach them how to have fun doing it also. Just have fun is a great hobby.

This is by far my favorite video! There is nothing better than making memories with our children that ast a lifetime! The excitement when then hook into their first bass and their reaction to when it jumps out of the water. Thank you bill you are a national treasure

Always teaching. I sure did love to watch your fishing shows growing up but I’d always get frustrated when you’d throw them back in lol. I was too young and poor to understand the purpose. We kept & ate everything we caught growing up. Keep teaching Sensei 👍

I took my older sister's ex husband fishing for the first time this year. This video is so true. He's pushin fifty but didn't listen to well, so patience was key. He's about like an 8 year old.

You aint ever lying sir.... My son keeps me busy and my daughter keeps my wife running ... Only hard part is finding time to go for the big bass, carp, gar and blue channel cats ... My 2 kids aren't ready for cranks and spinners yet they are still working on their casting but its cute to see them catching for now.
