Oh gosh, I have this conversation many times when our youngest grandchild doesn’t win. He gets actually more mad than sad.

My friend’s 6 year old niece had a total meltdown when she didn’t win playing cards ♦️ It was difficult not to laugh 😂 Merry Christmas, Tracy. I love that you teach people to find what works for people when it comes to maintaining weight! It’s such empowering information. I’ve worked out why I want to maintain a healthy weight and what I need to do. It’s a 365 day a year job. 10,000 steps 25 days a month, (5 days rain) 15 workouts a month and a two day detox every month helps me stay the same weight as the previous month plus lose a tiny bit more. I’ll be back on the program after Boxing Day!

Thank you, Tracy, for modeling such a wonderful example of grand-parenting. I’ve been touched & inspired many times over by watching you & Paul with your beautiful, growing family. As always, I so appreciate ALL of your wisdom & insight; thank you for everything you share! ❤❤❤

Really looking forward to any parenting videos you do and this workshop. I have 2 daughters that are older teens and I’m a single mom.

Love your advice on parenting Tracy. I have purchased the parenting workshop can you please cover the topic on young children on there iPads or phones I would love your advise on that. I sometimes am guilty of giving my children there iPad so I can get things done but then after I don’t feel great about it x

Thank you for the positive feedback. I appreciate the suggestion for addressing ipad use. I will make a note of it and will cover that in the Q&A.

Love this Tracy, I never let my children win but only because I have witnessed what happens when friends do and then ultimately them having a tantrum. Could I also ask if you have a date for 3WI yet? x

Thank you. I agree. We didn't go out of our way to let our children win, which was good considering there were five, but the grandparenting landscape looks a little different now. The projected dates for 3-Week Intense for Quarter One are March 3rd-21st
