by the way. if you have an iphone, i suggest you get ios 18, where you can change the butttons on your lock screen. I put the color filters as one of my buttons as a grayscale. (grayscale is much less entertainng that just no blue light. Also, i put it as a button so you can turn it off easily if you're working and need to see color)
