Oh my god when she asked does your heart feel loved .. I burst into tears . I had a breakup and thought that my life is over because of one person who decided to leave me . But when she asked that question I suddenly remembered every single person in my life who loves me . My parents my aunts and uncles and my cousins and my grandparents my teachers my friends and my niece's and nephews. So many people love me so much and I was crying over one person for not loving me ! Thank you so much for reminding me of the people who love me so much . I've read some fascinating stories about cases when somebody's hart was transplanted into other person's body. The recipients of the new hart were getting information and habits that only the donors of the heart could of had. There was a case when the girl who's got a new hart provided the information about the killer of a donor who's hart she received. There are many such well documented cases. Speaking about neurons and nerves that somebody in this post denied to accept in a hart. Thank you, dear Teal for the new information I've learnt from you today. I did the exercise from the book The Connection process. Just started to read it now. I was soo surprised when my heart asked for the same things that I ask my husband to do. Like, just hear me out, pay attention to what I have to say, appreciate what I'm doing. I felt that my heart feels exactly the way that I feel in my relationship with husband. Unappreciated, unheard, etc. And it's waaaaay longer and more painful than with my hysband. This just showed me the deep meaning of loving yourself the way you want others to love you. I have to give it all to myself first, properly. Then that's an example for others to follow. I felt the gratitude for my heart. I understood how neglected it was but still loved me and was loyal to me. The heart showed me what love is. How would I connect and receive from my husband what I need, if I can't do it even with myself? How would I truly connet to his heart if I haven't done it even with my own?! Thank you. I had heart ache for like 1 year and a half physically. Then this morning 2am I got in tune with it. Teal, my heart did not want me to picture it like a kitten as my mind wanted, in fact she had her own picture of herself to share. When I said it doesn't seem safe, she put it into a position of safety and we both admired how she was still open and not walled off. Plus, my heart told me her name! A while ago I had an experience in which I believe I experienced unconditional love from the heart, it happened like this: I found myself in the dream state and thought it'd be fun to expand my heart energy, my consciousness instantly dropped inside of the heart and a white light started expanding and shooting in every direction, as it was happening, it felt like a strong pushing energy, that felt like it was validating, loving and appreciating really strongly but not in a way I have felt before, not comparable with human to human love, as it was happening I felt very vulnerable, opened and scared anything could attack me for some reason, I stayed in it for a bit, but it was so strong I felt like I was gonna blow up and it started hurting so I went out of it and woke up. That love energy was beyond anything that I've ever felt in this physical experience, it's beyond and it felt healing but the vulnerable aspect was really uncomfortable, possibly just healing, it makes you feel like crying as a way of releasing emotional pain. edit: it now makes more sense to me, when you love someone or something all you do is focus on that person or thing in a way that expands that unconditional love energy, that's why you then fall in love and become attached, you were programmed to work like that, but you can access this energy in another way to heal yourself, however it will bring up past trauma and love that which has been unloved which will feel scary and vulnerable at the same time!

Wow I felt compelled to respond. Yes you can for sure talk and speak to your heart! Your heart is the connection to your higher self. The heart is your compass to make decisions and take action in line with your highest good and unconditional love. The best thing is that if you ask your heart a question it will respond with a physical reaction which states yes or no. This is soooooooooo usefull to make tough decisions and finding out truths about yourself. Learn more about that in the the work of Philippe Isler. Also check out spirit science which has a good video about the power of the heart and heart math which is a organization that has been studying the heart for years. Im also making a video about how to use the heart to beat stress en calm your mind for our website amstermind. You could check that out in 1 or 2 weeks. My heart felt wounded, and then cold. I don't know what the hell I struggled all those years for, suppressing that pain as if it'd go away. It never did. Only I forgot it to a point of numbness. But the pain was waiting. Now I feel better. My heart wants to hug tightly, to embrace. As did I, back when I was still a teenager. Dishonesty to yourself is poison to your heart.
