Congratulations Paula. It was neat to see you guys in Oceanside as I participated in the Oceanside 70.3 as well. Saw your van in the parking lot and I am pretty sure I walked right through Eric's filming outside the Seabird Inn, so embarrassed, so I kept walking but wanted to say hi. Another Excellent video and race recap TTL. I especially liked Eric capturing you consoling Emma after the race. I am a huge fan of both Paula and Emma....add Tamara as I'm Canadian...and I was happy to see they reversed her disqualification. Shades of St. George WC 2022. Cold. Same Podium...reversed 2 and 3. My first ever Worlds myself and lucky enough to watch you ladies race in real life. Great Luck in St. George in May. As for myself. off to Peru to try and make Worlds in New Zealand in December. Hope we can say hi there....just like I met you in Edmonton at ITU Worlds in 2014 and Ottawa SL in 2019.

I agree with the peg leg feeling. Coming out of the swim my feet were completely frozen and with that long transition I thought they were going to shatter like ice cubes. I didn’t get full feeling back to them until around mile 20 on the bike.

Oh I do hate it when I miss the premiere an early release here in the UK. But I am here as always, great video Paula moving on up, 4th Miami, 3rd Oceanside and it still very early in the season, love watching her race hoping to watch live if Paula does come to London for the T100. race here in the little floating island. I may even be a guest from my dear friend, who works for the PTO, anyway a fab weekend catch up. as a foot note after watching Ashleigh boss the T100 in Singapore I am seeing more of those On new race super shoes, which us age group no hopers will just have to wait for, until MR Bernard says we can share the joy. and have our own.
