You can also swap any 2 of the motor wires to change the direction, I just got one of these cars cant wait to get some upgrades on it.

Strange. Won’t fit into mine. The new motor mount is higher. I used the link on your next video to get it from rc spares. Part. C-00180-177 C-00180-176. Any ideas?

@@Soney_Manic I think I know what you have done buddy , the plastic insert on the motor mount do you have it turned around the right way as one side is bevelled so the bearing is recessed in the motor or do you have the insert upside down ? Hope your good and this helps Chris 🤙💪🤘🚀

I'm the beginner you are speaking about at 1;00 The fixed motor mounts are in my way of really trying to fit motors I am looking for tips and ideas on how to install and fit a random motor mount onto any random car. Basically, I want to replace the motor mount with an adjustable motor mount not marketed for the vehicle

Hey buddy , No such thing as a daft question and so glad you stumbled across the channel . well if you pick up the Spark xb6 motor mount like this one in the video youll be able to fit tons of different motors . Can a fan be fitted to the motor with this motor mount or the stock mount?

Hey buddy , yes you can fit a fan to the motor mount no issues at all you need to angle it towards the centre of the buggy . and reamed out some breather holes in the body to help the fan . Works great Stay awesome Chris :)

@ChriswithaCrc would be good to see a video on this if possible ☺️ 2nd run out with mine tonight and motor felt quite hot! I think a fan is probably wise going forward, not sure if it'll work with stock motor mount though? Was hoping to run 15t pinion and a fan and call it a day
