But as long as Hadi brings such conditioning onto the stage, nah! And just keep in mind that unlike other opponents, Hadi has not shown his body yet, and has not used the media to make a buzz. He has kept evevrything for the competition.

I admire Hadi as a 35-year-old who is deaf in one ear and 70% lost in the other with 18 ear surgeries since I was born and I 1,000% agree with the other guy. Derek looks better overall. If Derek can improve his conditioning from last year by 5 to 10% he will beat Hadi. His back double and v-taper are the best in the game! Derek barely lost last year with half of year of prep for open! Scary times...

Literally everyone is going to be talking about this video. Hadi looks amazing, bigger, stronger, more cut than Derek. Hadi is just so much more grainy, and has soo much more muscle maturity. That being said I truly believe that Derek is the future GOAT, and that we are witnessing the beginning of a Dynasty with him and Hany. I really think Derek will win every show the next decade, including this years Olympia. I love Hadi, and seeing him win last year was one of the most exciting moments the past few years, because i personally believe he was robbed for each year Ramy one. This is going to be one of the most exciting Olympias; maybe ever, and I admit Hadi looks amazing here, but Derek is unlike anything we've ever seen, and he's bred to be a champion. Humbe, eloquent, motivated, spiritual, etc. Dudes an inspiration, in and outside of the gym. Ive been a Lunsford fanboi since 2019 and seeing his evolution has been awesome, but ya know, I wouldn't even be mad if Hadi defended his title. Lol he looked so much better from that I could see than Derek.
