This was an "excellent" podcast . It was great to see Saladino be very open minded despite what he strongly believes in . What also was great is to see everyone on this podcast chime in on what they knew , didn't know and are open to learning and or trying . Unlike when on a show in mainstream media people are so quick to want to have a rebuttal and or want to go to quoting conventional wisdom as gospel . I remember Saladino being on a TV show once (I forget the name) and they just chewed him out . They just attacked him with conventional wisdom not trying to hear anything he had to bring to the table. This is why I love social media . People can come together, humble themselves and try and navigate through it all . Job well done by everyone on this podcast ❤

Eating like this for 12 weeks roughly and I’ve lost 23 pounds pretty much effortlessly. More alert, better digestion, better skin. Recommend this to everyone
