That's not the new studio, the old videos from the Podcast have worse audio levels as well, the podcast probably goes into post-production to level the audio while the audio in the videos is the raw output.

Word of advice for anyone out there: I had some metal straws for a while but got fed up with having to hand-scrub them all the time since metal straws (usually) can't go in the dishwasher. Turns out, they make _glass straws_ that are dishwasher safe! As an added bonus, you can see if the inside is dirty, _and_ when you've got a glass straw rattling around the inside of a glass glass, it's loud as hell. Sounds like ice cubes clinking around but they never melt
