I just wanted to say hi. My son and I are going to visit Japan for 9 weeks this fall. We're coming over on a cruise ship and then touring on land for the rest of our time with a plane home. I am legally blind and usually use a seeing eye dog. However it's too difficult to bring my dog to Japan and I've been told that Japanese culture really doesn't know what a service dog is. So, I will be relying on my white cane and going slighted guide with my 22 year old son. I have two questions that you might be able to help me with. First what do Japanese people think about differently abled individuals? Second, going cited guide would and tell me holding my son's arm and him guiding me. However, he's afraid that this may offend some people because they have taboos about public displays of affection. Do you have any thoughts on that? Thanks for your great videos I'm learning lots!

Thank you for watching! I did Borderless first but in terms of the experiential curve it might be better to do Planets first then Borderless as Borderless if more "advanced", also Borderless will likely take you longer and Borderless is in a new area Azabudai Hills which has plenty to things to do in the area - hope this HELPS!

I went both planets and borderless, 2 exhibits were close for planets when I visit… I do prefer borderless than planets however if I have visited planets before borderless it might be better.. take note planets is very dark so didn’t take much photo and there weren’t much to do at the surrounding area.. borderless on the other hand is located in a mall so there are things to explore while waiting

I went to both last week, and my favorite is Borderless without hesitation! It seems you missed one of the best room in Borderless, which is the light show with hundreds of synchronized projectors, creating a light show with music. It was my favorite part of Borderless with the bulb sphere forest. Also, Borderless is way more immersive than planets, where I was disappointed by the fact you have to go through lockers again between water and garden parts. Moreover the water parts seems not to age well as we could feel part of the floor falling out, which was bad. Another point for people asking about skipping the queue at Borderless, there is actually no queue for this one, thanks to you timed tickets working better than planets'. Borderless needs more time to explore, I would easily spend twice the time in Borderless than planets which make the experience even more valuable for the same price. So I would definitely recommend one more than the other.

Hi there, i found this on the teamlab website - For safety reasons, children between the ages of 0 - 11 are not allowed to enter. Visitors ages 12 - 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 20 years old or older
@925aurora
@925aurora 17 күн бұрын
According to the official website kids ARE allowed to both: “Children (elementary school and below) must be accompanied by an adult who is 18 years old or above. There must be one accompanying adult for every fifth children, including children eligible for free entry.” Plus loads of blog posters who’ve talked about taking their kids, and that there were lots of kids there. It’s just teamlab Reconnect that doesn’t allow kids (which is apparently a “digital art and sauna experience”). I certainly hope to be able to take my kiddo to either Borderless or Planets one day!

None. Borderless was way to crowded, filled with screaming children and rude instagram-freaks giving zero fucks if the stand in your way. And planets is a horrible joke with bad design. Especially the "garden"-part looks like it was created by a five year old. Better not waste your time there and explore the real city and real museums with real art instead.
