24:14 this interaction is correct. During attack declaration, Fairy Box activates CL1, Magical Arm Shield activates CL2. Resolving CL2, Magical Arm Shield redirects the attack to the new target and "performs damage calculation." The attacked target is destroyed by battle during CL2 (during attack declaration). CL1 now resolves, flipping a coin to modify the attack score of the attacking monster. The resolution of Magical Arm Shield would not negate or somehow skip the resolution of Fairy Box.

23:56 So I think I figured out what happened here. With Master Duel using the current rule set being Master Rule 5, it means that everything actives in chain order. Magical Arms makes you attacke the new target immediately, I don't remember if that is an errata or not, so the card effect isn't done until the attack completes. At this point, it would move to the fairy box effect as it was chain link 1, even though the battle is complete. Master Duel would still do the Fairy Box effect of tossing a card, but Sam called the coin wrong, so nothing happened. I assume if it was called right, Beta would lose ATK for the rest of the Battle Phase.

The effect of fairy box was chained with magical arm shield so arm shield resolved first and part of arm shields effect is that the monster taken is to be attacked so the battle was part of the effect then fairy box resolved
