Well, Im actually thankfull that a Doom mod got an entrance on this list. Probably the game that most deserves it, since it revolutionized Gaming Mod as a whole. Hell, there could be a top 10 list from just Doom Mods: Brutal Doom, Castlevania Doom, Super Mario 64 Doom, Animal Crossing Isabelle Mod (Lol)... And they all work brilliantly, as far as I'm concerned.

The Animal Crossing Isabelle mod is one of my favorite crossovers ever. Lol Isabelle’s perpetual cuteness in the face of demon slaying is both creepy and hilarious. Rip and Tear, until it is cute! Lol

When you call a mod (especially for GTA V) "Carmageddon", you'd expect it based on the game series of the same name, where you hunt pedestrians in a highly customized post apo-ish wehicle and get points for doing just that, instead of some random physics mayhem. Big disappointment with number one.

That Thomas the Tank Engine in RE2 is absolutely one of the most horrifying things I've ever seen in a video game. Nightmare fuel. That sinister smile looming out of the darkness.... *shudder*

To be fair, Thomas was originally from the mainland. Admittedly his job was short freight runs and heavy shunting at either end of the London, Brighton and South Coast Railway, so he'd have a fair reason to be pissed, had he not gone to Sodor where he's quite a varied life.

Strangest Mod combo ever, I took a mod called Boom power which causes every creature in Doom to explode and tried it on another Doom Mod "NUTS" so name because it an almost impossible scenario. My Computer spend 4 hours with multiple explosions before it finally allowed me to do anything

I remember when PC Gamer (way back) came with a CD that had a X-Men mod for Quake 2. Looking back it was dull, but at the time it was hilarious. As much as I enjoy consoles, I love PC gaming for the mods.

I'd say Dark Souls III's "Item Randomizer" mod is a good one, it shuffles around items around the world and randomizes enemy drops. The mod also has the option to instantly equip any gear you pick up, which can screw you over if you pick up something you lack the stats for. Throw the "Poorly Translated" mod on top of that, and you have an absolute mess of a game. This mod turns *_every_* body of text into an unintelligible mess that looks like it was put through multiple layers of Google Translate and does the same to spoken dialogue, replacing the normal character voices with Text-to-Speech spouting utter gibberish.

aww, I thought GTA Carmageddon was going to be you driving around Beaver City in Max Damage's car... oh well, this mod still looks like a fun time. there was also a mod for Vice City where you played as Marty McFly from Back To The Future, and you could travel to 3 different time periods. there was even a model for the train from Back To The Future 3. I'm not sure how far the development got for it, though: I first heard about it like 20 years ago, and there weren't any missions included yet, just cars and character models

Negative friction co-efficient for tyres in GTA 5. So the faster the vehicle, the more it accelerate forwards, creating a positive feedback loop. Until the vehicle hits a bump, or turns and flips, and flies through the air. Genius!

There are plenty of people who are more intelligent and better educated than you that also think public health care is a bad idea. I don't entirely agree with that position, but nonetheless, it says a lot about someone's intellectual standards (or lack thereof) when they take on only their weakest intellectual opponents (e.g. Trump) while avoiding their strongest intellectual opponents so completely that they don't even know they exist. See, this is what happens when your ego gets a little out of hand and you can't resist the urge to insert political issues into a video about game mods.
