7th treatment done. Infusion #7 & beyond are Herceptin & Perjeta only; no chemo. Labs showed low hgb (7.9) which explains my exhaustion. & low CA (7.2) & low K (2.8). supplements for a week. Labs on 1.2.2024 - hgb (8.9), mg (0.6), ca (7.2). Started iron supplements.
Medical drama(on day 116): Lost consciousness a few times. Probably orthostatic bp. EMTs checked me over. All good. Taking it slow today when changing positions.

TCHP (Taxotere Carboplatin Herceptin Perjeta) Chemo treatment day 112 (cycle 6: day 1).

1. TCHP Chemo treatment (Taxotere Carboplatin Herceptin Perjeta) 1x every 3 weeks for 6 cycles (minimum target 4 cycles)
2. surgery to remove my implants and all remaining breast tissue
3. HER2+ antibodies continue for 12 - 18 months
4. If surgery pathology still shows malignancy... (more chemo and/or radiation...)
