My first versa 2 did not work right it could not find so sent back and bought a cheaper one Found out right off I did not like it. So I ordered a new fitbit versa 2 and I am so happy it works great so don't give up I now can say I love it. Many thanks to my husband for getting it for me

I need help, I bought the versa 2 on Saturday and everyone can select all the activities they want to see on their watch, but I can only select 3, the others are not shown to me ... such as sleeping

Your fitbit app is different than mine, I think. I don’t see any options for notifications. Only that I can get notifications from calls, txt, and calendar events.

Can't connect to Bluetooth...it's paired to my phone, but I can't ever get it to say "connected" like with other devices. And I can't change sleep goal times. Trying to change from 10 pm to 12 am, but it keeps defaulting back to 10. There's no place to select "ok" or "enter" after you insert new info, just "Remove" or "Cancel.

These watches are good, as long as you do not anything involving water. The company says it is rated waterproof is 50 m but that is false.

I found you have to go to the actual FitBit website at fitbit.com/settings (won't work on the app). Scroll down on the main part of the page to "Advanced Settings." There you'll find "Clock Display Time." Select 24 hour then scroll down and click "Submit." I can't remember if I then needed to manually sync my watch or if it just updated after a few seconds... I hate 12hr clocks so this was a must for me!

I had a few problems with synchronize my Huawei Mate 20 mobile with my Versa 2 Special Edition watch but I could handle it and for example we cannot use Pandora here and unfortunately I have a Spotify Premium subscription but it doesnt work nor. Keep your receipt because without it you can't get your replacement watch. I had mine for less than a year and it was toast. My wife's Charge 5 died also in less than a year
