It's the inaugural episode of the podcast! TECHNICALLY NERDY will chat with those who have a passion to talk about. We NERD OUT and have a wonderful conversation along the way. In this episode, we chat with Alan Puccinelli, who is known in the community as REPKORD. He has a 3d printing reseller business that just got a new space, is passionate about electronic vehicles, and just a good human.
REMEMBER - this is the very first episode of the podcast. There will be more, obviously, but I think that it's not bad for a first take. Yeah?

My Tesla is a 2020, they are amazing cars. My car can supercharge from empty in 35 to 45 minutes. That and 0-60 to 2.9 seconds. It’s amazing.

My concern about EV is range, and road trips and time to charge vs gassing up. Would make 12 hour trips even longer.

The Nerd in me feels obligated to make the correction that the charging electronics within the Tesla are RECTIFYING AC to DC to charge the battery, not inverting... misspoke. Forgive me nerds.

I'm told these have internal pop filters. Still get them?

Still popping, but when yall lean back to about a foot it clears up. I suggested to someone else recently that they print a fake filter ring to remind them to give the mic some space, might be a good idea here too...
