Nice work but some of the bolts and nuts were not tightened. The air cleaner box bolts were not installed. The rest were not installed.

Its a good alternative for small capacity commercial vehicles being used. Looks like it has differential case ? . Saw two gear shift levers there too.

Love how they pulled a completely dirty frame from the stack and just started to put it together on the concrete floor. Hope they don't ask much for those things

This is just a demonstration I'm in the real assembly it's done with more care and attention he's working with what is available to him tell me where in this country can you find anyone who's able to work like that with the little available tools these guys do what they have to they live off what they have and are happy there's no drive by shootings no smash and grab kids no food stamps they're comfortable and happy with what they can do to support their families the only time they have problems is when the western hypocrites come and take advantage of their way of life and blame them of crimes they didn't commit STOP complaining can anyone of you do what he's doing or live like he lives just be silent and stop being so damn negative

I just don't understand why they have to work outside on the bare floor with all the dust and rubbish, the components are of a seemingly excellent finish so why allow bearings to fall in the dust and use a chisel to set the headstock bearing undoing all the care it took to develope such machines.

This is normal, when it comes to illicit work. When you need waranty, the workers are long time gone. No address, no contact person. 😞

The only heavy duty is the springs . Once you put a little load on , the frame should be v shaped ,

27:55 why the guy is good, and fast. Looking past the product quality. They do not know the value of an assembly line. He spends 36 min to this point to make 1. Wile an assemble line would make 100's
