When you are scared or in stress- sit comfortably and ask yourself- how old are you now? Are you being a 5 year old or are you feeling like you are acting as a teenager now? Invite your inner grown up to support your inner child. Visualize how your inner child meets your inner grown up and feels safe. Do this practice anytime you are lost in your emotions.
