This is a guided mindfulness meditation video and training session about EFT Tapping, which stands for Emotional Freedom Technique Tapping. This is an effective way to help calm stress and anxiety throughout each day or night. Tapping can include positive self talk and it is very effective for self love and healing. Tapping is simply using certain points of the body to bring focus and recognize stress and control it before it overwhelms your mind. This is a great technique not only for adults but also children. Positive affirmations can be used to enhance the technique and embrace positive energy. And the best part is that tapping can be used any time: Morning, midday, or night. Whether at home, work, or anywhere else you are. Even celebrities such as Russell Brand and Whoopi Goldberg have taught about tapping and have discussed it's benefits.
This meditation video contains about 13 minutes of the lesson and guided meditation, followed by about 3 minutes of music-only tapping meditation at the end.

This is my first time and I really enjoyed it, I have been trying to find some more release for my chest for weeks and this definitely helped me shift some of the stress :) my therapist introduced me to PMR, I would absolutely love for you to make a video on this if you have the interest to :)

There's a lot that we can do to help relieve anxiety. It takes time, but we can do it! I've been using EFT, mindfulness, and meditation to help with anxiety and it's been super helpful. I'm also using the mindfulness book "30 Days to Reduce Anxiety" by Harper Daniels to learn mindfulness.

Morning Nate…..I have used EFT for many years…..and use it every day….actually, anytime I feel stress or anxiety…..I was introduced to this technique when working with behavioural children……very effective……I am new to the concept of combining the two (meditation/tapping) in one session…..?…..for me it does not work, due to my experience practicing them separately, for so many years…wishing you success in this new approach….btw, your meditation sessions are so highly effective!….they have made a difference in me, and for me, so many many times…. Wishing yu a good da💃
