Re: Epistemological Bases of Knowledge in the Faculty of Medicine relating to the Imposition of Prognoses in the Causation/Provocation/Process Debate. The debate within closed door seminars of the Interdisciplinary Understandings contained in the canons of thought revolves around our intrinsic right to hobble other human subjects within the exactitudes of design. For 100's of years we have known that our ability to apply the exactitudes of measure seldom achieves accuracy directly to the fingers of less than 5 millimetres (mm). For example, try as we might we cannot tangibly manipulate an object directly with our fingers and achieve accuracy without an instrument or tool between ourselves and the target object for manipulation if the target zone is less than 5mm. When we observe this phenomenae across gender we start to see the nature of concealment in the history of measurement standards that are deployed to prevent the knowledge that Males and Females make each other sick. We prevent ourselves from realizing how we communicate medical conditions to each other by designing objects that mask or conceal the communicative action of disease. It is largely communicated indirectly via a tool or instrument. This has to occur for the transmission of the disease to transit across the 5mm boundary between ourselves and objects...and so on. That's why We all place limits quite unconsciously on what can be designed in Human existence:) P.S., When I developed that view I discovered the two menu system running concurrently in Micrsoft OS:)
