One question though: If your coworkers can see your calendar to see what days you are available to schedule appointments with you, does that mean your calendars and all the events within them are public where anyone can view them? Or is there some sort of permitted access granted to certain users?

Hi Normand, if you have your calendars sync'd on your phone then a reminder will pop up on your phone. If you want it on your desktop you need to have the PC running. Reminders basically work when a calendar app is running only.
