Now, Samsung confirms its July release for the Galaxy Ring and a recent report reveals eight sizing options for the Galaxy Ring addressing diverse finger sizes. You could see it from another side as similar to what Apple does, by using the 'Reassuringly Expensive' pricing strategy. People want the best and quite often see a lower price as lower quality even though its not true. So despite being annoying, I think its important that Samsung price their products similarly to Apple or customers won't know the difference between a Samsung and a Huawei.

@@BilllBXiaomi sell alot of watches.....they're affordalbe and do most things. Besides Apple watches work only with iPhones. Meanwhile Android phones have variety although I do tend to get Samsung devices to stay within the ecosystem like the Buds 2Pro I just bought which are also getting an update to work with some of the AI features.

A smart ring that I've been using has a touch sensitive portion of the ring that you can swipe with your finger to control power point presentations. It can be configured through the app to perform other functions like instructing your phone to take a photo when it is tapped. It connects via bluetooth and best I can tell it mimics a bluetooth mouse or keyboard depending on the functionality you set it up for. I'm guessing this Samsung ring will work similarly, since waiving your hand would be a bit too cumbersome.

One of the biggest hurdles with the payment devices isn't that they're not practical, they are - but the banking systems today makes then kinda useless. At least in our country you need to physically insert your smartcard (credit card) each 10 payment use cycle of whatever device you use, whether it's your Smartphones RFID or Smartwatch, possibly also smart-ring. Until the day arrives when this hurdle is removed, it's just another nice to have tech gadget demo.
